The Tier-One Picatinny rings are precision made on 5 axis CNC machinery. The key to accuracy in manufacture is to minimise the number of operations required to complete the machining process. By investing in new technology, we have been able to cut the number of operations required eight to two. By doing this, there is no accuracy loss due to re-setting for different operations. All rings are made from Aluminium 7075t6 and are available in medium and high configurations.

- 25.4mm, 30mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm & 40mm tube sizes available
- Available in three heights
- Mil-spec 30 micron hard coat anodised 7075t6 aluminium
- No lapping required*
- One-hit machining, ensuring repeatability
- 30mm available in two heights
- 34mm available in three heights
- Built in anti-cant bubble
- Supplied in hard plastic case complete with Torx bits
