    • We would love to hear your feedback. You can submit it via the contact us form or write a review on our website page or social media platforms.
  • Do you sell gift cards?

    • Not at the moment.
  • What is a wish list and how does it work?

    • A wish list can be used to store all your favorite products. When you are looking at a product page, there is an option to ‘add to wish list.’ Click to add, and then view your wish list in your account. It is mostly an opportunity to save your favorites in one central location. Note: you must have an account created for products to be saved.

Orders

  • Where do you ship products?

    • We offer FAST, FREE, nationwide delivery with all orders. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow your delivery to your door. Most of our deliveries will be sent overnight, but please expect delivery in 1-3 days depending on your location. Please note that if you are in a remote area, you will need to provide us with an address in town.
  • Can you get discounts?

    • We strive to offer you the best prices. Our prices are already discounted, but please feel free to contact us if you feel that our price is not competitive.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We use Yoco and Payfast, which offer super-fast and super-secure online payment options from just about anywhere in the world. This is South Africa’s most-loved payment platform. Methods include VISA, instant EFT, and Zapper. You can also contact us to receive an invoice for EFT payment.
  • Can I track my order?

    • Yes, when your product ships, you will receive a notification with the tracking details.
  • What’s the difference between MOA and MRAD reticles?

    • MOA (Minutes of Angle) and MRAD (Milliradians) are angular units of measure, much like inches and centimeters are linear units of measure. MOA is most commonly associated with ‘inches at 100 yards’, where the angle created by 1 MOA roughly equates to 1 inch on a target at 100 yards. Units of MRAD are given in .1 increments.
  • What is the difference between SFP and FFP?

    • Second Focal Plane (SFP) and First Focal Plane (FFP) indicate where the reticle is placed inside the scope’s optical system. Reticles in the First Focal Plane are mounted ahead of the major optical train, meaning the image and reticle get larger and smaller together while maintaining the same scale to one another regardless of magnification. Reticles in the Second Focal Plane are mounted oppositely, meeting up with the image you are viewing after it’s already been magnified. The image will grow and shrink with magnification, but the reticle will not.
