Shipping policy

Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days, except for outlaying areas. Customers will be notified of any delays.

A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to orders under R1000. Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping, excluding oversized items.

Oversized items, including kayaks, require a separate shipping quotation. Delivery times for these items may vary.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We deliver nationwide. Cross-border and international orders can be arranged; however, all related shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.
