SafariSA to collect

We are offering a service to collect the product directly from you with our own couriers, to avoid all the admin or hassles on your side.

*Note: A small courier fee and handling fee will be charged to you for this service. This will be quoted to you before the collection and must be paid upfront. 

Terms & Conditions

Please take note that you must have your own insurance on the products as we will not be held responsible in the event that the product gets lost, stolen or damaged. Please make sure that the product is packaged securely.

Inspection outcome

After our team has inspected the product we will advise if there will be any additional costs for you.

1. Warranty replacements

The product will be replaced free of charge under the warranty.

2. Repairs

If the repair fall under the product warranty, there will be no additional cost for the repair. However, out of warranty repairs will be for your cost. We will send you a quote before we go ahead.

3. Service

All product services require a fee. After the product has been inspected by our service team, we will send a quote for the service.

NOTE: Tracking number will also be emailed to you with each order.
